I’ve heard of the Google API and been told to use it for several months now, but up until now I haven’t found anyone besides myself who understood the anti-aliasing aspect of it and how awful these fonts look when it’s not enabled.

Google’s own example uses the Tangerine font and it looks horrible The “l” in “beautiful” has a white space in it, all of the letters are jagged and I don’t know what the hell’s going on with the G.
